I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was definitely a great deal for the price. The location was perfect, right off the main road, and conveniently close to the outlet stores we were visiting. The staff was very accommodating, even though there were some issues with the check-in system, they quickly resolved it and gave us a non-smoking room. The room itself was really nice, clean, and spacious. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, making it a great start to our day.

During our recent stay at Comfort Inn, we were impressed with the professional yet friendly and efficient staff. The room was clean, bright, and inviting, and had plenty of Comfort electric outlets and USB ports for our convenience. The beds were at a regular sit-down height, which was a nice touch. The microfridge freezer actually froze our icepacks overnight, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast provided was very good, meeting our expectations of a Comfort brand. Additionally, the hotel's location was easily accessible from both I-55 and I-57.

Lacking in cleanliness! We arrived for our stay and were disappointed to find that the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The hotel is conveniently located close to some outlet stores and an event we were attending. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of sockets to charge our electronic devices. The breakfast was adequate and filling, and we enjoyed the buffet and the dining area. The staff were friendly and personable.

There were some issues with the HVAC unit which cycled on and off all night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, as well as some slipperiness in the shower due to poor drainage.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows. I also appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room, which came in handy for storing and heating up snacks. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the main highway and nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with clear directions and recommendations for places to visit in the city.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. there was a slight odor in the room, which was a bit unpleasant.

The service from the staff was commendable, and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the comfy beds and pillows, along with the microwaves and refrigerators. The room itself was huge, with 4 pillows per bed and the choice of a soft or firmer option. There were plenty of extra towels provided, which was a nice touch. the breakfast was hot, adequate, and filling, just what we expect from a hotel like this.

Plus, the breakfast provided was a nice bonus.
