Their friendliness and helpfulness really made a difference, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. the location was ideal to get to many attractions and eating options, we could walk to most places we wanted to visit.

I wish if they have more items on their breakfast menu. the breakfasts were minimal in an unattractive area, and it would have been nice to have more variety to choose from.

We hopped on the free shuttles to Universal and Disney, and it was so convenient. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ was epic, and the Aquatica Waterpark was a blast. Plus, the amenities at the hotel were on point, making our stay awesome.

Would've loved a cool hangout spot for young peeps, like a game room or a chill rooftop lounge.

The breakfast was great with a lot of options and full of people. the staff, especially Nill, was super helpful and friendly. I would DEFINITELY choose to stay here again! It's even better than in the photos.

I keep returning for a reason. The staff returned my forgotten shower bag on my first stay. This place has it all - Wi-Fi, on-site parking, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, outdoor pool. It's perfect for my weekend getaways.

I loved the cleanliness of the place, it felt like coming home after a long day of work. The location was great, not too far from necessary shops and away from the busy areas. The room was clean and had a nice view of the pool. There were enough clean towels, which was convenient.
