The room was initially problematic due to maintenance issues, but the front desk staff were accommodating and helped rectify the situation, making my stay more comfortable. Breakfast had limited variety, which was slightly disappointing.

The elevators were quite slow, leading to some frustrating waits, especially during busy morning hours.

the room carpet looked highly suspect of feeling dirty, and I was just appalled at the tiny pillows, hardly fit for a queen. not to mention, I expected a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but no one even noticed my discomfort. it woudl ve been delightful to receive some red-carpet treatment. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t!
