The place was well-kept and very pretty. Almost all the staff were friendly, and the food was great. the layout of the hotel allowed for privacy, and there were plenty of choices for seating and lounging. the property had a party pool and a zen pool, providing options for different preferences. the hotel was immaculate and clean, and with August being a slow season, there were no waits for cabanas or pool space.

The price was a little higher compared to other all-inclusive retreats, and there were limited options for entertainment besides biking and kayaking. the bartenders lacked creativity in making drinks, and sometimes didn't understand requests for certain cocktails.

The tropical atmosphere of this resort was breathtaking from the moment we arrived. the palm trees were a beautiful adornment, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome and relaxed. the private bungalows offered an intimate and romantic ambiance, perfect for couples seeking seclusion.

While we truly enjoyed our experience, we did find that some aspects were not up to our standards. we were not impressed with the taxes and tips charged at this hotel, as they were quite expensive.

I didn't like that the resort closed early and charged extra for dining at the steakhouse. Additionally, there were additional charges for preferred liquor and early check-in/out.
