The bathroom was notably spacious and well-equipped.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was frustrating from the start. The front desk was adamant about fees for early check-in, despite assurance of no fees. Additionally, the bathroom lacked standard towel racks, making it inconvenient for two guests. Overall, I was disappointed with the handling of my stay.

The location is perfect for exploring Nashville, and I loved the fluffy towels. Breakfast offerings were plentiful, with nice options like make-your-own waffles. The staff was consistently friendly and eager to help. The room was cozy and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day.

However, the entrance off the highway was a bit tricky, and I did encounter some noise from nearby guests during the night. Parking spots seemed limited at times, and the breakfast area was quite crowded. Overall, a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the good parts of my stay.

Getting in and out of the hotel from the highway is a real annoyance!!! The ice machines had mold, and laundry facilities were poorly maintained. Electrical outlets in the room need attention!!! Check-in was confusing regarding room assignments!!!

Great location for exploring Music City. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was decent. Just a heads-up, parking can get tricky during peak hours, but overall, it worked well for our group's needs.
