The hotel was incredibly clean, with excellent accommodations. The staff was super nice and amazingly helpful. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a pool and a safe area. The location is convenient, near restaurants, attractions, and the Tulip Festival.

Blankets for the sofa sleeper were missing.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were less than satisfactory. Our room was not adequately attended to, with limited supplies of toilet paper and no cleaning done until later in our stay.
