Had a last-minute stay and was delighted! The general manager was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond, ensuring I was comfortable. I appreciated the variety offered at breakfast, especially the fresh waffles. Don't miss the nearby shopping for quick meals! Perfect for families.

Rooms are lekker spacious and super clean, like, you wouldn’t even need to bring your own cleaning stuff! The staff were proper friendly—got our key sorted fast and gave us tips for local shopping. You can walk to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner, which was a lifesaver!

Brekkie was kinda basic, like your usual hotel fare, nothing to write home about.

Rooms were heaps spacious and clean, but had a dodgy issue with hot water both mornings. On the plus side, the breakfast was pretty good and full of choices.

A couple of unpleasant surprises, like a non-flushing toilet, a small leak from the AC, and an unexpectedly smoky smell in a supposedly non-smoking room!!! It would be nice to address these quirks for a more pleasant stay!!!

It was just a perfect match for a weekend excursion in Concord with great value for the money. The breakfast area had two waffle machines which were a hit with my kids. Check out the Texas Roadhouse across the street for a great meal.

The suite was spacious, with two comfy queen beds and a pull-out couch. Loved the little kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, made things super easy! Only downside was the single desk chair—someone always had to stand. The bathroom had good water pressure and was nice and bright, but breakfast hot water could've been hotter. Still, a cozy spot!
