The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with stylish and comfortable rooms and great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had with our booking, even comping our parking as compensation.

Breakfast items could be improved with more variety and tastier options.

The location was great, especially for those traveling by car. Plenty of parking spaces available and easy access to the interstate. the room was also sparkling clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the staff, especially the night shift and breakfast staff, were amazing. They provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay.

One major downside was the noise disturbance from construction happening nearby. It went on all night, causing many sleepless nights.

We had a great stay at a very new hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving off an upscale vibe. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the food was delicious. We were impressed by the convenient 24/7 shuttle service to the airport, although the operating hours were limited upon arrival.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and we liked that we had the option to conserve and protect the environment by opting out of room cleaning and towel changes. this hotel provided a great experience in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location near the beach.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a complimentary guest laundry facility and free laundry soap. The staff were friendly and helpful, working hard to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the location was perfect - close to everything, including the beach, shopping centers, and public transportation. Getting to Boston city center was a breeze, with just a 15-20 minute subway ride.

They were incredibly accommodating, especially considering the facility issues. the amenities were great, including a complimentary guest laundry facility with laundry soap provided. We also loved the full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. it was the best hotel we experienced on our trip. the convenience of the blue line transit was a major plus, allowing us to easily explore the rest of the city. the facility itself was new, clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the spacious lobby, dining room, and pool. the hearty breakfast, in-room fridge and microwave, and all the usual Holiday Inn traditions added to the value of our stay. Plus, the location was excellent, providing a quiet environment while still being easily accessible to downtown Boston. the cost-saving factor of taking the train instead of relying on expensive Uber rides was also appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
