As young people, we loved being able to set the AC temperature to our preference and have it maintained all night. The hot water was perfect for softening our whiskers before shaving, like having a hot towel experience. The hotel offered bigger containers for toiletries, reducing plastic waste. The location was convenient, the pricing was competitive, and the bed was comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off the I-40 and just a short drive to Crossville for a golf weekend. The hotel was also conveniently located across from a fantastic winery and local restaurant, with a nearby antique market. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the fact that there were plenty of parking spaces available.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Crossville, TN. the rooms were spacious, updated, and impeccably clean. the staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to greet us with a smile and assist us with any needs. We also enjoyed the convenience of the location, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options.

One downside was that the toilets in the rooms were quite low, which made it uncomfortable for us as a mature couple. We also noticed that the rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The TV in my room didn't work and there was no maintenance staff available on the weekends to fix it. This was especially frustrating because I specifically asked for adjoining or side by side rooms, which were initially provided but had to be changed.
