The staff was very friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate my needs and check me in earlier than expected. The hot water in the shower was great, unlike other hotels I've stayed at. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby, making it easy to explore the area during my Christmas stay.

One negative aspect was that the curtains in the room didn't close properly and let in too much light at night, making it difficult to sleep. The tub also needed a mat to prevent slipping during showers.
