Friendly and helpful staff made our stay pleasant.

Our room had a shower curtain that was too short, leading to dangerously wet floors. It was frustrating to find the pull-out sofa littered with vape devices when we opened it, which made me question the cleanliness standards. Additionally, the breakfast the first morning had a taste that was off compared to what we expected, which left a disappointing first impression.

Had a decent stay, with a comfy bed and friendly staff, but the breakfast was pretty average—eggs felt rubbery and the coffee was weak as! Chur, though, the room was clean!

The beds were nice and comfortable. The room size was great for our family. The staff was amazing, especially the two housekeepers, Carla and Paula, who went above and beyond to clean our room completely. Conveniently located near various restaurants and amenities.

The tub in the bathroom was not usable for soaking due to a missing plug, limiting our ability to relax after a long drive.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the morning breakfast variety that gave us a nice change from the usual. We enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool during the day, and the leisure room provided a great spot to unwind in the evening. The only hiccup was a minor issue with the sink, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. just make sure to check it out. 😊
