I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I was impressed with the spaciousness of my room and the comfortable beds. The location in the Smoky Mountains was perfect, as it provided easy access to many activities and attractions. Additionally, I loved the breakfast options offered at this hotel. From delicious sausage and eggs to fresh fruit and waffles, there was something for everyone.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. the hot tub was broken, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

The room had plenty of space and nice furniture and decor. the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. the hotel was located close to lots of food options.

The TV remote in our room was sticky and couldn't be cleaned properly. the room had some issues with cleanliness, including a dirty carpet and mold in the bathroom.
