The location was excellent, close to Fort Sill Army base and convenient for our stay. the gentleman at check-in was polite and helpful, especially accommodating our disabled member's needs.

The hotel was in poor condition, with issues ranging from unclean rooms, including a shoe under the bed, to a wobbly toilet that felt like it might cave in. the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, with long wait times and dismissive responses to concerns.

Always a perfect stay with helpful wake, up call service. This spot has Wi, Fi, free parking, 24, hour reception. Love the VIP service, sun loungers, and children's buffet. A/C and no smoking make it superb for my romantic getaways.
