During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They were incredibly accommodating and made the check-in process a breeze. Additionally, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms exceeded my expectations. the rooms were spacious, modern, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the beds were especially comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of holiday activities.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the lack of cleanliness in the new pool area. the tile finishes and drainage could definitely be improved to make it a more attractive area.

The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a romantic escape. the pool was a great addition, with a slide that kept us entertained for hours. the continental breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, making it easy to start our day off right.

The pillows and beds were not the most comfortable. the pillows would flatten out quickly, and the beds were a bit too firm for our liking.
