Nothing could have been better.

We had the most incredible room on the first floor with a spacious living room, a flat-screen TV, and a mini bar. The bedroom had another TV, a desk, and a cozy shoe place. The highlight of the room was the big Jacuzzi in the tiny but functional toilet. The closet was large and we had plenty of towels. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the university, perfect for our visit. The iron service for clothes was superb, and the breakfast portions were generous. The waiter who spoke perfect English made our dining experience delightful. The hotel's location allowed for quick and inexpensive taxi rides to any part of the city. I highly recommend Zeneva Lux for its exceptional rooms, convenient location, and wonderful amenities.

We had an excellent experience at this place. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from downtown. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from the room at night was breathtaking. The bathroom was amazing, with a hot tub that we didn't even expect. The rooms were spacious and furnished with comfortable beds and cozy couches. The location was perfect for the New Year's Eve party as we could see the fireworks from the balcony. the mini-bar was fully stocked with drinks and snacks.

The walls were too thin and we could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms. Even worse was that the staff seemed uninterested in providing us with necessary amenities.
