I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for a business trip to Charleston and couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was friendly and the lobby and rooms were immaculate. I appreciated the 24/7 availability of fresh coffee, hot water, and cool lemon water in the lobby. The pool area was small but well maintained, and towels were provided. The hotel also had a clean and well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast area was clean and offered a variety of options including microwavable biscuits, cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, coffee. The customer service was simply amazing, with outgoing and helpful staff. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits to Charleston.

I stayed for 1 night due to a family emergency. The hotel was nice and clean, with spacious rooms. The staff, particularly Antonio at the front desk, was friendly and professional. The lobby and rooms were always clean, and there was fresh coffee, hot water, and cool lemon water available 24/7. The pool area, though small, was well maintained and had towels provided. The fitness center looked clean and well lit, with a variety of equipment.

The beds were comfortable and the TV worked well during my Christmas stay. the hotel's location was also convenient, with key amenities and attractions nearby. Additionally, one advantage I enjoyed was the quietness of the hotel, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

There were several negative aspects that I experienced during my stay. the carpets throughout the hotel were dirty and dingy, giving a poor impression overall.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows. the breakfast provided was great, offering a variety of options to choose from. the staff members were friendly and helpful, making sure that everything was well-stocked and accommodating.

The AC unit in my room was not working properly, and despite setting it to a low temperature, it felt much warmer than expected. the linoleum floor in the room had a slight film or slipperiness to it, which made walking on it a bit uncomfortable.

The queen 2-bed suite was spacious, clean, and quiet. The parking lot had bright lights for added security. The friendly staff provided a clean and well-stocked breakfast. a great stay.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for 3 nights while visiting the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming, from the delightful check-in staff to the helpful housekeeping staff. The facility was clean, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. I also appreciated the coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in the room. it was a great stay at a reasonable price.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

As a disabled guest, I really appreciated the well-lit parking lot with bright lights and the one-way entrance and exit with the room key card. Antonio at the front desk was thorough and professional during check-in. The pool area was closed for maintenance, but Antonio went above and beyond to find out when it would reopen and allowed guests to enjoy it earlier. The staff were nice and the breakfast selection was good.

I felt so at home during my stay that there was nothing to complain about.

He was helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The entire building was spotlessly clean and the staff members were kind and helpful. The pool, even though it was temporarily closed for maintenance, was promptly taken care of thanks to Antonio's efforts. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious food. I would definitely return to Comfort Suites because of the excellent service and attention to detail.
