We enjoyed the spacious suite with a great view of downtown, large bathroom, and comfortable beds. The hotel was pet-friendly and had a friendly atmosphere with lots of other dogs staying as well. The modern and colorful lobby added to the overall nice ambiance. The hotel offered speedy internet, free printing in the business center, and the convenience of parking on the same floor as our room. We especially appreciated the upgrade to the suite at no extra charge when we mentioned our apartment hunting situation.

During my stay, I experienced a minor inconvenience when one of the TV's in my room wasn't working. However, the hotel promptly fixed the issue and provided great customer service in resolving the problem.
