We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Maria at the front desk, was amazing. They were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our entire stay. The hotel facilities were wonderful, and the room we were upgraded to was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and there was no smell in the room. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, which included eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereals. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was right by the beltway exit and close to the venue we were attending.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a robot hygiene machine at the entrance that disinfects your whole body. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel's location close to the highway was convenient for getting around and also close to the airport, which was a plus. And let's not forget the breakfast - delicious hot meals every day that were fresh and satisfying. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to relax. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, gas stations, and stores.

One negative aspect was that the hotel did not properly inform us about their smoking policy, causing confusion and frustration during our stay. Another disappointment was the lack of coffee supplies in the room, as we would have liked more than just two packets of regular and decaf.

The front desk employees were incredibly nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to decorate our room with balloons and chocolate covered strawberries, which made our stay extra special. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of food and friendly workers. I would highly recommend this property for both business and leisure stays.

The check-in person failed to inform us that the couch in our room was a pull-out, resulting in an uncomfortable night on the floor. Additionally, the coffee at breakfast was not to my liking and there was no turkey sausage as promised.

Our stay at Comfort Suites was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. We were delighted to find an EV charger available for our car, and the continental breakfast had a great variety of choices. The property itself was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.
