We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was extremely convenient, as it was very close to the bus stop that takes you to various attractions, including Times Square. We were able to easily explore the city without the hassle of driving or finding parking.

The best aspects of my stay were the comfortable and spacious rooms, which felt like a home away from home. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to major highways and a short drive to nearby restaurants and shopping centers. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff, who made check-in and any inquiries a breeze.

The worst aspects of my stay were the maintenance issues. The air conditioning and fan in our room were not working properly and despite contacting the staff, the problem wasn't resolved satisfactorily.

The location of the hotel was perfect, not too far from everything. We were able to easily explore the area and visit nearby attractions. Having on-site parking included was a great convenience and saved us from the hassle of finding parking elsewhere. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was good, with a decent variety of options to choose from.

We loved the location of the hotel, which was very close to the bus stop if you have no car. This made it convenient for us to visit the Nickelodeon theme park and easily travel to the Port Authority station near Times Square. The breakfast provided at the hotel was hearty and the bacon was plentiful. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel boasts a convenient location and cozy air conditioning which make up for the lack of cups and shampoo in the bathroom as noted in reviews. Management does their best to accommodate complaints, compensating guests. Some rooms have a dishwasher, and the bed is comfortable.

Nonetheless, excessive road traffic noise might make it hard for light sleepers to get enough rest.

It was so convenient being near the bus stop and just a short distance from the Port Authority station. The room was spacious and beautifully set up, with a comfortable bed and a stunning city view. We really appreciated the full kitchen, even though we didn't use it this time. The hotel also provided great amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The staff was exceptional, with Yamil at the front desk making check-in an easy and pleasant experience. We were also impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by another front desk lady, who was kind, patient, and helpful to all the guests. We wish we knew her name because she truly deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The option of having a kitchen and table for family meals. Plentiful breakfast choices and fresh coffee always available in the lobby. Affordable NJ Transit bus to Times Square for a convenient visit to NYC.
