I stayed overnight and enjoyed a large room that was clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet surprised me with its variety. I appreciated that check-in was smooth, and they even had cookies while I waited. This stop off the thruway was perfect for my trip. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, especially since the staff accommodated my late checkout. Being a single traveler who enjoys a good meal, I would not hesitate to return.

Absolutely loved the location—so convenient for my work! The gentleman handling breakfast was a real gem. he filled my mornings with joy and kindness.

However, the sheets had more character than I’d prefer—hair and dirt included! Not what I’d call a luxurious stay.

Staying at the Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites was like finding a cozy slice of heaven after a long drive. With a spacious room that could fit a family of five comfortably (and their snacks! ), we felt like we were living large in a luxury suite. The hot tub was so inviting, it was like a warm hug on a cold day. And the breakfast spread? Think of an all-you-can-eat buffet that makes even the sleepiest morning palatable—bananas, waffles, eggs, and enough coffee to kickstart a sleepy bear! I couldn't help but feel like royalty as I loaded my plate with goodies. I’d bet even a pancake would be jealous of my morning feast!

Check-in was slow.

I took my family there for a getaway, and we really enjoyed our stay! ! One time, we forgot towels but the staff were quick on it, bringing us a big stack in no time. The breakfast spread was HUGE. we had so many choices, even enough for a picky 5-year-old! Seriously, my little one even gave a thumbs up for the fluffy waffles! I mean, who doesn't like waffles?

I’d say it was a bit on the pricier side but totally worth it for the experience.

The location was perfect for our family trip with our little dog. The hotel was well-kept and the staff was super friendly. We loved being close to activities and restaurants, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. The breakfast offered plenty of delicious options.

My kids wished for more soundproofing between rooms.
