The room was clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space to move around. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

Housekeeping had some minor issues, like forgetting to replenish robes and not always washing cups thoroughly. the lack of a fridge in the room was a downside, although understandable to promote the mini-bar.

The only negative aspect I could find was the limited space in the pool area, meaning a few times there were no sun loungers available. given the exclusivity of the hotel, this is a minor issue and didn't detract from the overall experience.
