My stay at Village Inn & Suites was overall a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, close to Roscoe Village, which made exploring the area easy. The staff was helpful and responsive when I had a plumbing issue in my room. They promptly fixed the problem, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a broken phone and limited coffee options, I was able to make do. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful staff.

We stayed here for about a month while looking for a home to rent. The staff are amazing! Everyone is so helpful! Housekeeping came by everyday and made sure we had everything we needed. Front desk staff were great and always friendly and even looked out for houses for us and pointed me in the right direction on who to talk to. Above and beyond hospitality! Towels are soft and thick compared to some cheaper hotels. The beds were comfy and you can even cook in the room. It had a kitchenette so we saved some money there. Overall we loved it and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!
