It is located just a 10-minute walk from Namba station, where you can easily catch the fast Nankai train to Kansai airport. Additionally, the JR Namba station is also nearby, providing a connection to the airport train. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with amenities like a tea set, free internet, and a high-tech toilet. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet at the downstairs café, with a variety of Japanese dishes to choose from. The hotel also provides a free beverage corner in the lobby, offering a range of drinks.

The pillows provided in the rooms are quite hard and could be uncomfortable for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Namba station. We loved the free drinks and the cozy lobby area. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Osaka.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location is excellent, with the Namba station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city and even catch a train to the airport. Secondly, the staff was fantastic, providing great service and making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were in good condition and offered all the basic amenities I needed. Lastly, the breakfast included in the rate was a nice touch, giving me a good start to the day.

All was fine and met my expectations.

Breakfast is good but with a 30-minute time limit. The restaurant is small but offers a nice view of the street. Free drinks are provided. The front desk staff, particularly a helpful female employee, offers excellent service despite limited English.

The hotel was a good choice for my budget on a business trip. The breakfast was affordable, and the buffet style offered various Japanese foods. The location was excellent, only a short walk to the train station and near many restaurants and shops. the room was equipped with a comfortable bed and provided free internet service.

The bathroom was very basic and could use some upgrading, as the toilet flush was not functioning properly. , the elevator was slow and required waiting during peak times.
