I absolutely loved how conveniently everything was just a short stroll away like there are parks within two kilometers perfect for a leisurely walk and several dining options are even closer with places like KFC and Subway being less than a five-minute walk plus the staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered a variety of healthy choices that were great for families but the hotel could improve its bathroom accommodations for special needs guests as our stay was a bit affected by that.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but I woke up with back pain due to the pillows. Temperature control was adequate with a window unit. The bathroom looked recently refurbished and included a lighted mirror, which was a nice touch. the shower had poor water pressure. Noise from children running above made it hard to relax. The breakfast was decent, but could use improvement. The pool area could have been cleaner, with towels scattered around. The shuttle service was convenient but had delays.

The wedding ceremony was beautifully set up and the catering was top-notch with plenty of food for everyone and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed

Stains on sheets, dirty shower, and an unsettling check-in experience left much to be desired. Disorganized staff and a delayed resolution to my reservation add to the frustration. Although the hotel feels dated and is in need of maintenance, the location is convenient, with ample food options nearby. With significant improvements in cleanliness and service, it could truly shine. Sadly, I cannot overlook the negatives.

My room was spacious and had a unique barn-door shower, but sadly, the shower drained slowly. The sofa bed, however, was a big letdown—stained and unclean. Breakfast was a hit, and the airport shuttle was convenient. The room had minor maintenance issues, like a non-working safe and a strong disinfectant smell, which detracted from the overall comfort. Still, the friendly atmosphere makes it hard to completely overlook the shortcomings.
