The location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and Bourbon Street within walking distance. The open fire right next to the bar creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We were impressed by the Southern Hospitality displayed by the front desk staff, especially Matt and Yari. The room was spacious and well-decorated, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was decent, and the facilities, such as the courtyard and common areas, were nicely appointed.

There were some noise issues in the room due to its proximity to the elevator banks.

I recently stayed at a really great hotel here. It has an awesome location just outside of the tourist areas, yet still within walking distance to all the great attractions. The staff provided exceptional service from check-in to check-out. They even helped me reserve the perfect room for my husband's 40th birthday. The hotel itself has comfortable amenities like a swimming pool, fitness center and a relaxation room. I also appreciated the in-room facilities such as a refrigerator and tea and coffee maker.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything but not too close to relax, surrounded by eateries in a cool arts district. The room was comfortable and spacious with a very roomy bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The lobby bar was a great addition, with excellent service.

The lighting in the room was too dim and could be brighter, making it difficult to read or work.

The hotel had a nice and clean design. the rooms were nicely furnished and had good lighting. the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was good, and the staff was responsive and eager to help. the hotel location was central and near the attractions, which made it convenient for going out.

The parking was very expensive, and there were not many options around. the service was somewhat slow, and the staff wasn't attentive to details like the room temperature.

The Eliza Jane had a fantastic location near the WWII Museum, great dining options including a French restaurant and a chophouse across the street, and fun activities like the Sazerac House within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the modern design of the lobby areas, especially the library and courtyard, was impressive. the hotel provided a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Recently renovated with beautiful interiors. Great location close to restaurants, transportation, shopping and CVS/Walgreens. Comfortable beds and varied complimentary breakfast. Helpful staff offering tourist advice and willing to go the extra mile for guests. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself, part of the Unbound Collection By Hyatt, was beautifully decorated with a mix of old and new styles. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the informative concierges to the polite valets. The highlight of my room was the luxurious bathtub in the executive king suite. The renovation at this hotel is impressive, especially the beautiful courtyard. The location is perfect, right in the Central Business District and only a few blocks from Canal Street. I particularly loved the hotel bar and the spacious lounge areas, as well as the bar in the adjoining restaurant.

I had a bit of a disappointment with the King Suite I stayed in. It was very dark, with minimal natural light coming in.
