Front desk receptionist wasn't really friendly, never smiled, she acted as if she didn't want to check me in. Pillows sucked, they go flat soon as u lay on them.

I had a great stay at the Country Inn in Albertville! The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, right next to the Outlet Mall, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location right across the road from the Outlet mall. The hotel staff was friendly and made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold items. The pool area was well-maintained and a lot of fun.

The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. Additionally, the parking lot was well-maintained, and even after a heavy snowfall, it was already cleared by the time we left.

They did an excellent job on our room and were always available to answer any questions we had. the breakfast offerings were fantastic, with a variety of hot and cold items to choose from. the pool was also a highlight, with a shallow fountain area for little ones. the room itself was clean, spacious, and had a pleasant view of the foliage outside. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

The staff made us feel at home and were attentive to our needs. The breakfast was delicious and the eating area was kept clean. The entire place was beautiful and well maintained, with festive Christmas decorations and a cozy fireplace. The pool area was perfect, providing lots of fun and relaxation. The location was great, close to the Outlet Mall and with a nice restaurant nearby. We plan to come back with family and friends, as we truly enjoyed our time at this hotel.
