The hotel had a great location, close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and nice amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast options were limited, and on one of the mornings, it was not available. The front desk seemed unorganized at times and had difficulty providing change for large bills, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

We stayed at the hotel due to hurricane evacuation from Hilton Head and the staff quickly upgraded our room to a lower floor. The new room was clean, with no trace of smoke, and the sheets were silky and soft. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the hotel was very quiet inside.
