Clean, spacious room with all the essentials like a microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. The bed was comfy and loved the TV. Pool was closed, but the fitness center was nice. Breakfast had good options like bagels and fresh waffles. Staff were super friendly and attentive.

The air-conditioner had a strong mildew smell, making us cough all night. Maintenance did come, but the issue persisted the next day. The bed felt uncomfortable, and the flat pillows didn't provide adequate support. The refrigerator failed to keep drinks cold. the thermostat worked well, allowing for adjustable room temperatures. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered decent options, though I missed the hot foods. While the location was convenient, the room showed signs of wear, including stained carpets. There was also no hot water in the shower for a long time.

I had a really frustrating stay—our first room had bugs buzzing around the sink and stained sheets! Thankfully, they switched us, and the new one was clean, but seriously, who wants to deal with that in the first place?

The hotel is perfectly positioned with just a short walk of about 500 meters to a variety of restaurants like IHOP, Burger King, and a Walmart, making it super easy to grab a meal or supplies while exploring the area; plus, it's only about 2 km from beautiful spots like the UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens and the Historic Rosedale Plantation, where you can soak in nature and history. The staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful, which added to a pleasant stay, but the hotel could definitely benefit from some upgrades, especially in the lobby and the rooms.

Convenient location near the PNC Music Pavilion. Perfect for a one-night stay for a show. The breakfast was decent, with a friendly staff member ensuring it was well-stocked. A greater variety would elevate the experience—perhaps fresh-squeezed orange juice or a lemonade option. Staff interactions were mixed. Some were exceptionally welcoming, while others felt inconvenienced by requests. The room had issues: mildew smell from the air-conditioner, uncomfortable bed, and dirty linens. The fridge failed to chill properly, and the bathroom had cracked tiles. Sound insulation leaves much to be desired. Cleanliness must be prioritized. Danielle and maintenance deserve praise for their positivity and quick fixes. With improvements, this could be a great option.

The staff goes above and beyond. Danielle saved my skin with early check-in and bus schedules, which are pure gold on concert days.

The whole place reeked of stale cigarette smoke, not cool for a non-smoking hotel.

The rooms are clean & beds comfy, perfect for tired parents after a long day. Staff was super friendly & helped when I had an issue with my room.

My friends and I had a blast trying Olympic-level whitewater sports and rock climbing at the National Whitewater Center! Zip-lining was insane! We also caught a concert nearby that was lit!

Wish there was a cool rooftop bar nearby for us party animals to chill and vibe before hitting the town at night.

The hotel had some hiccups like bugs in the sink and musty AC, but they swiftly resolved these issues. Appreciated the efficient thermostat, proximity to the train, and accommodating staff. Breakfast was good, rooms clean. Inconsistent hot water, manager lacked professionalism. However, overall a decent stay with convenient location and helpful staff.

I loved designing experiments, exploring the human body virtually, and meeting unique animals. Concord Mills had a ton of stores. The hotel had free breakfast, local calls, parking, and Wi-Fi. I can't wait to see Florida Georgia Line!

Dealing with homeless people, broken amenities, and bland food was a real treat.

Let's start with the good stuff. I really appreciated that the room had ironing facilities. It was so convenient to be able to touch up my clothes before heading out. The heating and air conditioning were also top-notch. I could easily adjust the room temperature to my liking, which made for a comfortable stay. On the flip side, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a bit disappointing. I love starting my day with a nice cup of coffee, so having that available in the room would have been a nice touch. the garden furniture outside seemed a bit worn and in need of some TLC. It would have been lovely to relax outside, but the furniture didn't look too inviting. my experience at Country Inn and Suites had its ups and downs. The ironing facilities and temperature control were great, but I would have loved to have tea and coffee in the room and seen the garden furniture in better condition. Just some small tweaks could really enhance the guest experience.

Reliable pick for a city escape in Charlotte with good value for price. Staff was amazing and friendly.
