I stayed at this luxurious hotel for one night and it exceeded my expectations. The room was high-tech with top-of-the-line amenities, and even had a bathroom wash which I hadn't seen anywhere else in Europe. The location was great, with downtown and a Metro Station within walking distance. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with lots of sockets for all my gadgets. The beds were amazing and the room was soundproof, ensuring a solid night's sleep. Definitely better than many 5-star hotels I've tried.

This hotel was amazing! the rooms were super clean and modern with an awesome automatic curtain system. the location of the hotel was great, right by a metro station with tons of quick food options nearby. the staff was the best part, so friendly and available 24/7. We even got to try breakfast one morning and it had everything we needed. Definitely worth it!

There were a couple of minor things that weren't perfect. the cleaning product used had a strong chemical smell after daily cleaning, thankfully it went away quickly when we opened the windows.

Despite the many positive aspects of the hotel, there was a slight issue with the cleaning products used in the rooms, as they had a chemical smell. However, this was quickly resolved by opening a window and letting the smell dissipate.

On the last night, we were robbed in our hotel room while we were out for dinner. the hotel management did not offer any help or propose to call the police.
