Room was nice, but housekeeping was inconsistent.

My stay was marked by major inconveniences. The elevator was stuck at one point for over ten minutes, and the only staircase was locked. It was alarming, especially with the lack of proper accessibility features when I had specifically booked a disability room, which they failed to honor. The lack of effort in resolving issues left a sour impression.

The Country Inn & Suites provided a spacious room with comfortable beds, and the breakfast options were satisfactory, including scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. However, we encountered some cleanliness issues in the bathroom and a lack of attention to detail in housekeeping. This hotel is great for families, especially those visiting nearby attractions like Riverbanks Zoo.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I chose this hotel for a quick family getaway to explore local attractions like the South Carolina State Museum. The cozy feel upon entering set a nice tone for our stay, and the clean room made us feel comfortable throughout the night. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and it didn't start until 7:00 am, which was a bit of a downside. Nonetheless, the friendly staff's willingness to assist made a positive impact on our experience.

Cayce's local sweets blew me away! The breakfast at the hotel had an amazing make-your-own waffle bar that made every morning feel like a treat. Plus, the indoor pool was open until midnight, perfect for a late-night splash!

But once I got in, I could still taste the sweet Southern charm!

I loved the cozy feel when you first walk into Country Inn & Suites. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring premium bedding and good air conditioning. After checking in, I received a helpful text asking if I needed anything, making me feel welcome right away. Breakfast included a great variety, but it started a bit late at 7:00 am, which was a minor downside.

Consider requesting a room away from the pool area to avoid noise from children. The free cookies in the evening are a delightful treat.

The staff was friendly and professional. It was nice they let us check in late even after a long drive, and I did sleep better than expected, which is something considering the bed.

It wasn't cheap, but you kind of expect better when you're paying top dollar for a place to lay your head.

Aye, that king bed was cozy for me and my kids, can’t lie. Breakfast was decent, but the pool ain’t big enough for lap swim, and the vibe in the lobby felt a lil off. They had some real nice cookies though. Woulda loved it more if the couch wasn’t grimy.

The Queen room was spacious and super clean, which was a relief. The shower had a powerful head that felt like a nice massage. I loved the big windows that let in so much light! The indoor pool was awesome, too, kept warm and relaxing. I think the best part was the morning breakfast, lots of tasty options like waffles and fresh fruit. Really made me feel like I was at a home away from home!

It was just a well-suited match for a getaway in Cayce with great value-to-price ratio. The room had a high humidity level which made the carpets feel moist, but at least the sheets were clean. Consider checking the room condition before settling in.
