The cancellation policy was strict, not allowing for last, minute changes. Some issues with the TV not working and stains on the pillowcase, which were not promptly resolved.

I stayed in a charming chalet with a magnificent sunset view. Although the mattresses and sheets were a bit old, the staff was great! They allowed us to have late checkout and provided us with useful information to explore the area. I recommend this resort.

The location of the resort was absolutely stunning, with magnificent views of the red rocks. Being surrounded by such natural beauty was a real treat. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary conveniences, including a kitchen and comfortable beds. This made our stay more comfortable and convenient. The resort was located just a few steps away from hiking trails and mountain biking trails, which was perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. We were able to easily explore and enjoy the surrounding nature.

The mattresses in the rooms were old and overused, which resulted in a less comfortable sleep experience. It would be great if the resort could invest in new mattresses to ensure a better night's rest for their guests.

We loved everything about our stay at this resort. The location was perfect, right next to beautiful hiking trails. There were plenty of restaurants within close proximity, making it convenient for dining out. The hotel facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were fantastic. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. The accommodation was top-notch, with amazing views from our room. The staff, especially Chelsea and Katherine, were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

This resort offers an excellent location close to a variety of hiking trails that cater to all levels of difficulty. The rooms are spacious and come with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware provided, great for more extended stays.

Some guests have reported a cramped bathroom with poor design, and the remote to the A/C unit in one of the rooms stopped working.

We stayed at Red Agave Resort for a relaxing weekend getaway. The outdoor hot tubs were fantastic, especially in December, and the view surrounding the property was stunning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing extra towels and even lighting the fire pit for us. They also gave great dining recommendations and printed off menus for us. It was a nice and relaxing experience, with beautiful sunsets and a cozy atmosphere.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
