I appreciated the friendly and welcoming front desk staff, who were helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with towels. Breakfast offered a good variety of options including eggs, sausage, and multiple juice choices. The location was convenient for accessing the highway, and the hotel was easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

absolutley disgusting experience! found dirty wash cloths and hair in the bathroom, it’s like no one cleans here! also, the elevator was painfully slow, probably to save them money on staff. i would have appreciated, i dunno, a complimentary bottle of water or something for all my trouble. could've been a decent stay but just couldn't believe the lack of care.

Cleanliness needs major attention!!! Stained furnishings are not a welcoming sight!!! Unpleasant odors linger in the air!!! Maintenance is lacking, with reported issues like broken equipment!!! Management should address guest complaints with more effort!!!

Man, brekkie was lekker! They had fresh waffles and a bunch of options to fill up on. The location is super handy for hitting the road, right by the highway and a shop nearby if you need any bits and bobs. The room was nice and clean, so definitely a plus!

But the WiFi could have been a bit more stable—had a bit of a struggle connecting at times.

The cleanliness left something to be desired!!! Stains on furnishings and linens gave a neglected impression. The Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, which was frustrating!!! A little more attention to detail could go a long way!!!

We had a great time here with friends! Enjoyed a fun afternoon of wine tasting at Chautauqua Vineyards, just 25 minutes away. The pool was super clean and the breakfast was on point with lots of options. The staff were friendly and always ready to help out. I recommend checking this place out for a chill getaway with your pals.

The elevator was a bit slow, which can be annoying if you're in a rush. However, everything else was smooth sailing.
