Quiet location off the highway, friendly staff, spacious room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, big screen TV.

No Christmas tree in the lobby, no blanket on the bed, breakfast area closing early, dated rooms, stale bleach smell, staff not well trained or managed.

This hotel is well placed for exploring the upper peninsula, with easy access to activities and attractions of the Kingsford area. You'll find it conveniently located in comparison to everything in the town. The breakfast service is great and the rooms are clean and neat, some even coming with nice view and comfortable bedding, making for a very pleasant stay.

Some guests reported noise issues during their stay, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The room was spacious and well-equipped for mobility issues. Comfy bed and clean facilities. Great pool for the kids to enjoy.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the staff was very helpful and willing to assist with any needs that arose during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being within walking distance to Walmart, gas stations, and fast food restaurants.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work properly, which made it difficult to remove humidity after showering.

It was such a nice touch and added to the overall great experience. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the free breakfast provided was impressive, with a friendly staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

We had a great stay at Americinn! The staff was helpful in getting us the best price for our reservation. The hotel was clean and in a perfect location - not too far from downtown and close to the casino. Our room had comfy beds and pillows, and the breakfast options were excellent, with hot items like eggs, sausages, and waffles. The pool and hot tub were open too, which was a nice bonus. We would definitely return!
