We had a comfortable stay at Four Points, with plenty of dining options nearby. Although the room had a slight odor, it was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient for our travels. we recommend this hotel.

The staff at Four Points went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Michelle, the manager, arranged for flowers in our room and greeted us personally upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring San Francisco. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel! the location is perfect - close to restaurants, shopping, and a nice outdoor mall just a few blocks away. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a station that can transport you to various places, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the basic amenities you need, including a couch and a small balcony with a great view of the SF skyline. I also appreciated that breakfast was included, adding even more value to my stay.

Great value for money. Convenient location just outside Oakland airport and right across from Emeryville railway station. The hotel provides basic amenities and well-sized rooms with a small balcony with an amazing view of the San Francisco skyline. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and even a couch with a sitting area. Breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.

Comfortable, convenient, and great views. One morning, I woke up to a stunning view of San Francisco and the Bay Bridge from my fourth-floor room. The bed was cozy and the amenities were perfect for a couple of days' stay. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas. Although there were minor issues like a leaking showerhead and poor reception on the cable TV, the staff was attentive and even offered compensation. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was stylish and well laid out, with a huge and comfortable bed. The location was perfect, very close to San Francisco and within walking distance to several malls, Trader Joe's, and Denny's. The staff at reception were welcoming and attentive. The hotel offered plenty of parking at no extra charge. We also enjoyed the infused water in the lobby.

Almost perfect. The shower fixture and nozzle could not be adjusted properly, causing the water spray to shoot out diagonally instead of straight downward, making it a bit difficult to rinse efficiently, especially for shorter individuals like us.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. It was also close to the freeway, which made it convenient for getting around. Plus, it had a beautiful view of the Bay and San Francisco.

I was always greeted when coming and going, and they made sure I was satisfied. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfy.
