They were very helpful, informative, and even apologetic when both of our room reservations fell through. Despite these hiccups, my wife and I were able to check in very late with no problems thanks to the prepared front desk staff. The location of the hotel was also excellent, as it was surrounded by restaurants and shops. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was very good, with different options each day. We especially enjoyed the make-your-own waffles, omelets, sausages, pastries. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely recommend and return in the future.

Despite being close to all the action, the rooms were quiet and incredibly comfortable.
