The location made it easy to walk to the mall and nearby restaurants, which was convenient. the entryway was off-putting with dirty carpets, and the staff could have been more attentive, especially with luggage. I encountered a confusing situation with the front desk late at night that soured the experience a bit. Still, I’d return for the cozy atmosphere and clean facilities.

This place had a nice, clean vibe and an awesome location right by a restaurant. The breakfast was a highlight with lots of tasty options, like biscuits and gravy. Staff were super friendly. Just wish the beds were a bit more comfy, and housekeeping was kinda hit or miss.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The sheets were wrinkled and stained, plus we found hair on the bed, making me question if they’d even changed them.

The hotel is perfectly situated just steps away from various dining options like Burger King and Outback Steakhouse, and only a short drive from Main Street Square, which features an array of restaurants and shops, plus the scenic Black Hills region is easily accessible for anyone wanting to explore local landmarks; the spacious room provided everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and nice amenities, but the only drawback was the occasional noisy garbage truck outside in the morning.

Just a balanced option for a fleeting stay in Rapid City with good value considering price charged. Staff was friendly.
