I recently stayed at Aiden By Best Western for a few nights during my trip to Phoenix. The hotel had a great set-up, with a cozy downstairs lounge area that led to a beautiful back sitting area and swimming pool. I also loved the convenience of having a Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby, where I could brew my own coffee at any time. a fantastic stay.

Despite a few minor hiccups, I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and updated, and we loved the square shape of it. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and outside area, which were so comfortable. We also appreciated the 24-hour self-serve coffee station in the lobby, as well as the fresh ground coffee maker. The location was excellent, as it was right off the 101 and close to several restaurants. It was also convenient to reach upper Phoenix attractions like WestWorld. The staff were wonderful and ensured we had the best nights sleep on their comfortable beds.

The hotel was situated in a fantastic location, close to everything I needed, just off the freeway in a nice area. It was perfect for visits to the Mayo clinic and had easy access to local amenities. Additionally, I appreciated the pleasant pool area where I enjoyed soaking up the sun.

It lacked the cleanliness and comfort I expected, with a lumpy bed and dirty carpets. The air conditioner/heater was noisy and barely worked, causing an unpleasant odor.

This hotel is close to everything! It's located in a very nice area just off the freeway, making it convenient for me to get to where I needed to be. The hotel facilities were great, with a fitness center, pool, and even a bar downstairs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping staff kept the place neat and tidy.
