The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff and management were very attentive and made sure that guest comfort was a top priority. The beds were above average in terms of comfort, and the bath fixtures were of high quality. Additionally, the breakfast offered good options, although a bit more variety would have been nice.

When the guests arrived with a small dog, they were charged extra without having the choice to select the pet option. The attitude of the staff towards this issue was also disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown with bars that serve locally brewed beer, a convenience store, and the Terry Redlin museum nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast served is tasty and staff members are very helpful. The hotel also offers a pool and gym facilities, making it a great stay for active travelers.

One aspect could be improved is the room design for those with mobility issues, as some room layouts did not accommodate specific requests.

I loved my stay at Country Inn in Watertown. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating during my visit. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive and had more than just the standard options. I particularly enjoyed the omelets and sausages. The location was convenient and parking was easy. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was a faint odor of smoke in my non-smoking room, which was a bit annoying. However, I understand that it's not the hotel's fault and they try their best to eliminate any odors.

the whirlpool was not working and I was not informed about this during my reservation. Lastly, the heavy curtains in the room could not close, making it difficult to keep the room dark for those who wanted to sleep in late.
