The hotel location is very convenient and close to everything you need, including a great restaurant next door. The staff is outstanding in their service, providing thoughtful arrangements and welcoming hospitality. The rooms are kept clean and have basic amenities, including a refrigerator. The breakfast voucher is such a great value, and the CoffeeCo Cafe has delicious rooibos tea espresso-style drinks.

I had a great time staying here! The location is perfect, not on a busy street but conveniently near some stores. Everything I needed was close by. The room amenities are fantastic. Free Wi-Fi in the room, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning made my stay very comfortable. The staff were very thoughtful, making arrangements for me to check-in even though I arrived very late. The garden furniture was a great touch too.

We had a pleasant city break and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really delicious, and we appreciated the variety and quality of options. The location was ideal, within a short distance of the main attractions we wanted to visit. We loved the cozy reading chair in our room, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The lack of enough handicap-friendly rooms was a downside, and the absence of grab bars in the bathtub area was a safety concern, especially for the elderly. we would have preferred a room with two beds to accommodate our needs better.
