We had an excellent experience at this hotel in the Lancaster area. the room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. the location was super close to restaurants, stores, and everything we needed, making it extremely convenient for us. the breakfast voucher provided was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy delicious breakfasts at the nearby coffee shop. The staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home. Cons: Couldn’t ask for better.

I had a great time staying here! The location is perfect, not on a busy street but conveniently near some stores. Everything I needed was close by. The room amenities are fantastic. Free Wi-Fi in the room, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning made my stay very comfortable. The staff were very thoughtful, making arrangements for me to check-in even though I arrived very late. The garden furniture was a great touch too.

The lack of enough handicap-friendly rooms was a downside, and the absence of grab bars in the bathtub area was a safety concern, especially for the elderly. we would have preferred a room with two beds to accommodate our needs better.
