I had the most incredible stay at Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection hotel. The hotel's location was fantastic, with breathtaking views of either the marina or the beach. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, making sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. I loved being able to access the beach through the Meridian Hotel and enjoy the spa and indulge in delicious meals at Indigo Restaurant. The hotel's proximity to JBR was a huge plus, as it gave me easy access to water sports, beach facilities, and a variety of restaurants including the Cheesecake Factory and PF Chang. my experience at Grosvenor House was extraordinary, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy and luxurious hotel.

We had an amazing stay in the Premier Lounge club room with a breathtaking view overlooking the marina. The hotel exuded class and was impeccably clean. The Level 5 lounge, offering breakfast, light lunches, afternoon tea, cocktails, and canapés. The staff were all incredible, happy, polite, and always ready to assist. The location was great, with a pleasant walk around the marina and a convenient shuttle to the sister hotel for beach access. We cannot wait to return once the current situation is over. we highly recommend this luxury hotel.

had an amazing time at this hotel on our recent trip to Dubai. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. The room was luxurious, with a comfortable king-size bed and a stunning view of the sea and city. The pool and beach areas were also fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Grosvenor House with a group of friends and it was an amazing experience. The location was great, with easy access to the marina and nearby bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were exceptional, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the beds were super comfy. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to use the facilities at Le Royal Meridian. it was a fantastic stay!

Level 5 is great for all meals and drinks. Thank you Anthony Fernandes, Shirikant, and Joel Fernandes for setting the standard. The huge, comfy bed and city view were amazing. The staff was friendly and flexible. The breakfast buffet at Sloanes in Tower One was the best we've had, and the beach facilities were a nice bonus. The quality offset the higher prices.

As young people, we loved the luxurious amenities and facilities at Grosvenor House. The spacious rooms, stunning views from the balcony, and top-notch service were all exceptional.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had no complaints.

This hotel had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the luxuries of a 5-star hotel. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed the stunning view of the sea and other buildings. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly, from the quick check-in and check-out at the reception to the helpful employees throughout. I loved spending time by the pool and on the beach, and the frequent shuttles made it easy to access the beach of the nearby resort. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and the beautiful marina just a short walk away. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and high-quality food. my stay at this hotel was exceptional and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Had a great Xmas at this hotel. Loved the fact that the hotel offered a special Xmas dinner and had festive decorations throughout. The location was also great, with easy access to popular tourist spots and shopping areas. And the best part was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay memorable.

There were a few negatives. The room was not as clean as expected and could have been better maintained.

We stayed in a large and well-appointed suite with a beautiful view. We loved the convenience of having excellent restaurants within the complex and being able to walk to the beach at the neighboring hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly, particularly at all the restaurants we dined in.

We were disappointed by the lack of eco-friendly practices in the hotel, such as excessive plastic waste and energy consumption.
