The balcony, bedding, coffee, hairdryer, and toiletries were all top-notch. The pillows and comforters were especially comfortable. it was a family-friendly and excellent option for both business and leisure travel.

The accommodation was incredibly convenient, located within walking distance of a mall and not too far from the bustling downtown area. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The bathroom was spacious and we never had any issues with lighting or plumbing during our stay. We were impressed with the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff, especially the night staff.

The smell in our room was not pleasant and we had hoped for a better view from our window.

The hotel's convenient location was a major plus, with easy access to the freeway. Additionally, the shower head in our room was impressive, and we even contemplated buying one for our own home. Despite the various shortcomings, the cleanliness of the room and the lack of noise from neighboring rooms were appreciated. However, these positives were overshadowed by the overall negative experience we had during our stay.

The staff seemed indifferent to the issues we encountered during our stay, such as the vomit near the air conditioner and the non-functioning deadbolt. When we brought it to their attention, all we received was a half-hearted apology.
