The man at the front desk was like a chommie, really helpful with our requests. The room was massive, clean, and comfy—definitely felt at home! The shower was bomb, like a mini spa experience. Plus, having a Starbucks nearby was a nice touch for my morning brew!

These issues contributed to a very stressful experience when it should have been a relaxing getaway.
