Staying at Hotel Montelirio was a delight! Our junior suite had breathtaking views over the gorge. The team was super helpful, offering directions and making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

The noise from the terrace restaurant below our room was a bit disruptive at night. Additionally, breakfast was decent, but we felt it needed more variety to match the hotel's charm.

The breathtaking view of the gorge and the historic charm of the hotel were highlights. I enjoyed a relaxing afternoon by the small pool area, which was surprisingly peaceful.

However, I did struggle with some noise from neighboring rooms and staff early in the morning. The thin doors didn’t offer much soundproofing, which made it hard to sleep in.

During my stay, I was let down by the breakfast experience. It felt disorganized, with limited options that didn't meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I was disappointed with the lack of facilities in the room due to its historic nature. there was no mini fridge or microwave. Overall, while the hotel has great potential, these shortcomings impacted my overall enjoyment.

Perfect location with stunning views right from our junior suite. Angela at reception made us feel like royalty from the start. Couldn't have asked for a better welcome!

However, the heating was like a sauna! Tried to keep my cool, but I ended up sweating like it was midsummer!
