The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. It was very convenient for exploring the area and accessing all the attractions.

When I raised my concerns, the staff member who checked me in was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It was a frustrating experience and it made the stay less enjoyable.

The lady at the desk was really helpful, room was clean and had a nice bathroom with a balcony. Hotel recently updated, Starbucks onsite was a bonus. Comfortable rooms, thoughtful changes made for cleanliness. Bed was comfy and late check out was great, didn't feel rushed.
