Great staff, neat original building with old walk-in safe, nice bar and outside lounge. Close to river and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms. Plenty of parking. Beautiful lobby with millwork and tile floors. Convenient location for shops and restaurants in downtown area.

I booked two rooms last minute for my fiancé, myself, and his coworker. The location is right downtown and it’s easy to get to with lots of parking. The hotel itself was very clean, our room was huge and very clean as well. We loved the high ceilings. The staff was super nice. There’s a bar, restaurant, and Starbucks inside this location and while we didn’t use any of these amenities the food we saw looked amazing! The bed was comfortable, and the room had a good design of lights with USB charging facilities. The hotel did a beautiful job repurposing an old bank building, and it's conveniently located near good breakfast and dinner spots.

We loved the hotel's proximity to great restaurants and the river, making it perfect for our Mississippi River Road Trip. The historical district down the hill was charming, with beautiful murals and a stunning view of the bridge and old houses along the river. The original bank building had maintained its architecture, with marble staircases and a unique private meeting area inside an old walk-in safe. The staff was great, and the coffee shop next door provided the strong coffee we needed for our drive.

the noise levels in the room were unbearable, with mysterious sounds coming from all directions. It turns out that the hotel is located on a haunted street, which was not mentioned anywhere.

Despite the attentive staff, housekeeping repeatedly ignored the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, causing frustration for guests.
