The location was fantastic, within walking distance of numerous downtown attractions and restaurants. I really enjoyed the convenience of having access to various activities nearby, which enhanced my business trip. Additionally, the King Guest Room was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

the location was amazin for the bengals game, super close to the stadiums. the staff was really helpful and nice even tho they were busy. room was clean and comfy plus plenty of places to eat nearby. easy walk to tons of activites around downtown! got some good coffee from the cafe too, they got good stuff for sale.

Excellent location for the Bengals game. It's a quick walk to both stadiums. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the HVAC was very loud, making it hard to sleep comfortably. I’d stay again despite this.

i’m truly disappointed with my stay at this so-called premier hotel. The shower drain was clogged and i nearly drowned, and there was a housekeeping worker throwing a fit in the hallway, which was just lovely. i half expected an apology gift or at the very least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but clearly, that was asking too much.

i had a great family holiday at this hotel after my previous stay in cincinnati. the king guest room with city view was beautifully clean and the charming bath amenities made my stay even better. walking to nearby attractions was super easy and the staff were warm and helpful.

the ice machine on our floor was out of order.

The location near the baseball park was perfect, allowing easy access to entertainment and restaurants just a short walk away. The King Guest Room had stunning city views and was incredibly clean throughout my stay. However, the HVAC was notably noisy, disrupting sleep. Additionally, the friendliness of the staff truly stood out, making my visit enjoyable despite these small hiccups. I had some excellent raw fish at a nearby restaurant, which added a nice touch to my culinary experience.

An Exceptional Stay with Stunning City Views!

I had a fantastic 3-night solo stay in the King Guest Room with City View. The room was impeccably clean and offered breathtaking sights of the city skyline. I’d suggest requesting some milk for the grab-and-go area for coffee lovers! Overall, a truly delightful experience.

The bathroom was nice, and I loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner during my stay. I took advantage of the cozy lounge area and enjoyed a relaxing evening by the fireplace. Only downside was the ice machine on my floor was out of order, but I found one on another floor quickly. 👍

The location was perfect for the Eras Tour, and the room was spacious and comfy. Totally worth the price!

Felt special, no complaints whatsoever.

However, my sleep was a bit of a comedy show thanks to a loud air conditioner. It felt like I was sharing a room with a truck—definitely not the ideal sleep partner!
