We had a wonderful experience at this hotel during our family vacation. The location is unbeatable, right next to a mall with a variety of shops and restaurants. We appreciated how easy it was to Uber to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, with soft pillows and a great bathroom. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the excellent facilities.

There was a slight issue with the pool room temperature being too low.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the Chicago suburbs! The prices were very reasonable and the basic amenities were readily available. The location was perfect for our needs and the staff was friendly and helpful with attention to detail. The breakfast included cold runny eggs but there were also vegan options available, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and came with breakfast included, with 2 beds, for the value spent.

All in all, this hotel was a great value and we had a wonderful experience!

From the comfortable beds to the helpful and friendly staff, we felt well taken care of during our stay. Cozy lobby with convenient amenities including coffee and mini fridge. Walking distance to major attractions like Legoland and a nearby mall. Friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast with delicious waffles. Happy hour was a great perk and added value to our stay. Will consider staying again in the future.

The breakfast had a good variety and the staff was friendly. the pool was clean and relaxing, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day. the location was ideal, close to many shops and restaurants.

The towels provided in the pool area were small and rough, making them uncomfortable to use. the do not disturb sign didn't stay on the door, which was a bit inconvenient.
