The hotel had a convenient location near a variety of attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing great customer service.

The room was not up to par, with outdated and uncomfortable furniture. The lack of complimentary breakfast , especially considering the high room rates.

The views were breathtaking, staff was excellent, walking distance to restaurants, clean and refreshing room, clever and well-designed furniture and amenities, great pool area for celebrations.

Can't fault the property.

The comfortable bed and clean rooms were great for a one night stay. the hotel location was perfect with beautiful views of the riverfront and an easy walk to downtown. the friendly staff added to the positive experience.

The breakfast that was supposed to be included in the room price turned out to be an additional cost at the café, which was also pricey for the limited options offered. the lack of breakfast inclusion was disappointing.

My recent stay at a hotel in Columbus was fantastic! The value for the money was great, and the room was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the river. The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The view of the River was very nice. Adequate space for one person. Convenient location to downtown Columbus, Ga. and the Riverwalk. Impressive pedestrian bridge over the Chattahoochee. Comfy bed, clean rooms, and quiet. Helpful customer service from Ashley at the front desk. Close to attractions and awesome staff. Clean room, cool air, and awesome view of the riverwalk.
