My recent stay at Courtyard was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring downtown Dallas and visiting popular attractions. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing a great night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The hotel also had a nice gym with all the equipment I needed for a full workout. I had a fantastic experience at Courtyard and would highly recommend it.

One minor drawback was the lack of a safe in the rooms. Although it didn't affect my stay significantly, having a safe would have been a nice convenience.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown and visiting tourist spots. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and went beyond expectations. The views from the sky bar were stunning. The gym had plenty of equipment for a complete workout.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Kay, who provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a nice view of the city skyline from my room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel also offered convenient valet parking for guests.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently close to the American Airlines Center, where I had some meetings scheduled. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made it easy for me to grab a quick bite or take a break from work.

There were a few things that I didn't quite like about my stay. the parking situation was quite inconvenient.

Convenient location, reliable wifi, HBO Max included, friendly and understanding staff. Modern and clean room with comfortable beds and sofa bed. Spacious with updated technology. Nice rooftop bar with great views. Well-maintained room and enjoyable Marriott videos on TV. Airy, clean, and comfortable room. Approachable staff. Excellent proximity to downtown and airport.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We also appreciated the added security with the keycard access to the doors and elevators. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and with the option for free self-parking.

Great location to explore downtown and very clean with comfortable rooms. Many attractions, including a tower with an amazing view, are in walking distance. Valet parking is available in a secured garage. Perfect for a quick and affordable getaway.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and welcoming, really put us in the holiday spirit. We loved the large, comfortable beds and pillows, it was hard to get up in the morning! Two complementary drinks at check-in were a nice touch. the hotel was in a prime location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a stunning view of the skyline from the window.

The room service was quite slow and the food wasn't hot when it finally arrived. Lastly, the bar staff were a bit rude and rushed us through our meal, which made us feel uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Downtown Dallas for a few days. The hotel's location was perfect for my sightseeing trip. It was right next to the Reunion Tower and within walking distance to the grassy knoll, where JFK was assassinated. The train station was conveniently located next to the hotel, providing easy access to explore Dallas. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist me. The sky bar offered stunning views, and the gym had a great variety of equipment for a full workout. I had a wonderful experience at Courtyard.

The rooftop patio was a big selling point for us, we were looking forward to enjoying the view from there. the staff was very nice and friendly, and they allowed us to have a late check-out with no extra charge.

During our stay, there were fire alarm tests that went on for several hours, with bright lights clicking on and off audibly inside the rooms. This was extremely annoying and disruptive, especially when we were trying to rest between long flights.

The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to be opposite the station, making it easy to explore the downtown area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms had a nice view of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
