Drawbacks: The only downside was the bathroom toilet bowl being too low for my comfort. As someone who is 5" tall, I can only imagine how inconvenient it would be for taller individuals.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We loved being right on the beach and having the option to walk to nearby restaurants and souvenir shops. The open air lobby gave such a relaxing, welcoming feel as soon as we entered. We also appreciated the eco-friendly options for drinks, but recommend bringing your own cup if you plan to go in the water. we highly recommend this place.

Manager Martin was accommodating. Staff, especially Stefany, was amazing. Location perfect for soul beach! Good cleaning service. Excellent food. Children's pool near beach allowed us to watch them swim. Fabulous outdoor amenities. Wonderful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The hotel had a great breakfast with plenty of choices, delicious food in both restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop. The service and staff were outstanding, and the kids club and beach were wonderful amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel in Aruba. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the beautiful Palm Beach. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and the rooms were nice and cool. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great breakfast buffet and a coffee shop in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had convenient parking and transportation options. We loved being close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants.

I had an amazing time at this luxurious beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The resort itself was stunning, with palm trees, clean white sand, and unbelievably blue ocean. I spent all day on the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the gorgeous views. The service was top-notch, with friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The on-site restaurants served delicious food, and the cocktails were expertly made. I especially loved watching the sunset while lounging on one of the hammocks - it was truly a dreamy experience.

Although the overall experience was fantastic, there was a slight downside with wait times at one of the on-site restaurants. However, the staff were accommodating and we were able to order our drinks ourselves.

Had a great Christmas at this hotel! Loved the beach and pool right next to each other, it was so convenient. the beach was beautiful, with incredible sunsets. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to everything. the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and the food in the restaurants was unexpectedly good, with 5-star quality. the staff members at the coffee shop were really friendly and made amazing coffees. it was a great experience!

There were a few negative aspects. the hotel could improve the lottery system for beach umbrellas, as waiting in line every afternoon was a hassle.

Wij verbleven in een prachtige kamer op een geweldige locatie! Binnen 5 minuten lopen waren we bij het strand, de haven en het oude centrum. De dochter van de eigenaar gaf ons nog handige tips en we konden altijd snel contact opnemen. We hadden echt alles wat we nodig hadden in dit appartement!

Het was een beetje vervelend dat we van tevoren moesten aangeven hoe laat we zouden arriveren en zelf de sleutel moesten zoeken. Gelukkig hadden we hier al ervaring mee, dus het was geen groot probleem.

My stay at Holiday Inn was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The beach was clean, and the location was perfect for dining and socializing. Overall I highly recommend it.

The location near Noord High Rise village and the beach is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The multiple swimming pools and clean ocean add to the enjoyment. The food, especially at the beachside restaurant, is amazing with a great menu and a stunning sunset view. The drinks are good, although the waiters can be a bit slow due to the digital system they use. the positives heavily outweigh any negatives.

Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints.

My partner and I stayed at this beautiful resort for 5 days to celebrate our anniversary. We were blown away by the warm welcome from the staff and the perfect location. Only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport and within walking distance to off-site restaurants and souvenir shops. The resort itself is surrounded by palm trees, clean white sand, and one of the bluest oceans I've ever seen. We spent all day on the beach, every day. The sunset from the hammocks was a dream. The staff members, especially John at the Coffee Shop and Luz, Veronica, and Big Edwin from the Sea Breeze Restaurant, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was presented well and had a wide variety of choices, including options for children. The pool bar staff were also very friendly, and the drinks were excellent. The kids club was a hit with my grandchildren, giving us some time to relax. we had a fantastic vacation and can't wait to return!

I do recommend this hotel.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed great complementary services, including a well-equipped fitness room and a decent spa. the hotel's strategic location gave us easy access to the beach and several points of interest, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We also enjoyed the warm and friendly service from the staff, which made our stay enjoyable.

We also found the activities offered by the hotel to be somewhat restricted, which was a bit of a letdown.
