The location of the hotel is great, with everything you need nearby. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with TV, air conditioning, and an excellent shower. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast service at the bistro is good.

There seem to be some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Some guests have reported that their rooms were not cleaned, and others have mentioned problems with the AC and the pool.

The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with our reservation and transportation needs. The location of the hotel was conveniently close to everything, with a shuttle service available for nearby destinations.

I had a great stay at Courtyard! The staff at the bistro and bar were incredibly courteous and accommodating. They made sure we had a pleasant dining experience. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to dining places and highways. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. Despite the small issue with the bathroom needing an upgrade, the overall experience was satisfactory. I would gladly choose to stay at Courtyard again when visiting the Rio Grande Valley.

Hard to think of anything.

We were quickly given the king bed room we had booked. The air conditioner took 1 1/2 hours to fully cool down. Our room was next to the exit door, which caused some noise. The staff was nice and helpful. The pool was awesome, even on a humid and windy night.

Additionally, the facilities were top-notch, with a great pool and gym for me to relax and stay active. the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing me with a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The hotel had a nice lobby and the rooms were clean and modern. the staff was helpful and recommended some good restaurants nearby. They even offered a shuttle service, which was convenient for getting around.

One downside was the small workout area. There were only 3 cardio machines and a couple of free weights, which made it crowded and limited options for exercising.

Our stay at Courtyard was wonderful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool from the hot and muggy weather outside. We were able to comfortably get ready for Sunday Mass with our family. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a pleasant Christmas vacation at this hotel. Enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby, a nice touch for the holiday season. the hotel is in a great location, close to several restaurants and shopping malls. the pool was also a great feature, clean and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel's transportation services were quite disappointing. We had to wait for over two hours at the airport and ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the expressway and plenty of shopping options nearby. We loved having a Starbucks bistro on-site, and some of the tables even had their own TVs. The morning front desk associate was absolutely amazing, providing us with excellent service and being incredibly helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to the expressway was very convenient for our business trips to the area.
