Shower water smells bad but rooms are clean, comfy beds, and good location!

absolutely shocked at the service and the unhygienic conditions! there was a smelly bathroom drain and an ice machine leak, just a few highlights. i had to wait 2 hours just to find my reservation! i mean, a complimentary drink woudl ve been the least you could do for such an inconvenience. just couldn’t give you a good review.

The hotel was a great base for exploring Harlingen. Staff were super welcoming, and the bistro served up surprisingly good meals! Loved the clean rooms and comfy bedding.

However, I noticed some areas could use a little upkeep, like the bathroom which had a bit of an odor. It would be nice if they upgraded those features soon.

However, the room smelled a bit damp, and the cancellation process turned into an unwanted game of hide and seek. Why is it that I have to chase my money like it's a misbehaving puppy?

The outdoor pool is a nice feature and great for relaxation. The room smelled damp, which was disappointing. Also, they offer bicycle rentals for exploring nearby areas.

the courtyard had a nice outdoor pool and a fitness center which I enjoyed. check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly, which made the experience better. the location was also convenient, close to a movie theater and dining options.

I had a decent stay despite a few hiccups. The room was clean and had a nice setup, but the WiFi issues were frustrating. I had to navigate a different menu for breakfast items, which was unexpected. The outdoor pool was a good spot to unwind after a day out. Being from New York, I appreciate good coffee, and the Bistro's Starbucks offerings were a plus.
